Is Hamilton changing for the better?

admin writes, "Lets talk about crime thats not in the paper, underhanded politics and unethical people promoting their business ventures. Capitolism is ok if the persons trying to make money the legal way,no corruption. Mayor of a town should respond to his people and show people he has nothing to hide. Mayor gilmore has not done this."
